A course description and syllabus are needed to ensure a timely response.Īll external credits evaluated and posted onto Arizona Western College transcripts are considered a permanent record.Īlso a request for evaluation of credits form needs to be completed online. *Preliminary evaluations are processed to meet prerequisite courses only for students registering at AWC. Failure to complete all steps may cause a delay in the evaluation and posting of transfer credits. *Once all steps listed above have been completed by the student, the process of evaluating transcripts may take up to three weeks. Official transcripts may be referenced with an AWC Academic Advisor for registration. * None-degree seeking students are not required to complete these steps. Students will be directed to the Self- Service student portal to view and print an unofficial AWC transcript and/or request an official AWC transcript. Students will be notified via email of the results of the evaluation of transfer credit. All communication regarding the evaluation of transfer credit will be through the official student email.
